Data deletion instructions
These instructions apply to accounts created with any supported sign-in provider, including Google and Facebook.
What can be deleted
You can request deletion of account information associated with your reetu.fyi profile, including saved places, collections, rankings, sessions, and social sign-in account links.
How to request deletion
Email hello@reetu.fyi with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Send the request from the email address connected to your reetu.fyi account. If that is not possible, include enough information for us to verify account ownership.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete or anonymize eligible account data within a reasonable period.
Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operational records. Retained records will no longer be used for active account features.
Removing app access from providers
You may also remove reetu.fyi access from your Google, Facebook, or other provider account settings. This disconnects future access at the provider, but it does not automatically delete data already stored in reetu.fyi. Email us to request deletion from our systems.
